Helpdesk Support

Responsibilities:
Remote support to solve user problem
Performs call support (Helpdesk)
Monitoring, supporting and tracking assigned incident or request
Update Inventory/Asset
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualification
Bachelor degree in Computer related field
0-2 years experienced in IT Helpdesk/ IT Support (Laptop – Windows base)
Good command in English
Good communication skill
